Thursdays at 2:00 pm or 5:45pm @ Fraser City Hall

Children ages 2.5 to 5 years old are invited to join our teacher, Ms. Cindi, in this interactive class with preschool activities and routines. Includes circle time, activities, story time, music and movement.  Parents or designee must stay with child during class and participate. Child must be 2.5 by start date of program. Cost is $55 resident, $65 non-resident. Space is limited so register early!

Junk Drawer Science

Tuesdays:  January 8th, February 12th, March 12th

Grades K-5 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

At the Recreation Room at Fraser City Hall

Join Engineer Rachel as she guides kids through some fun science experiments! Pre-registration is required, spaces limited. This is a FREE program but donations are accepted! No-shows will be dropped from any future program dates. Volunteers needed! Sign up online at

Crazy Fit Kids

Tuesdays starting January 15th @ Location TBD

Grades 1-4 at 6:00pm, Grades 5-8 at 7:00pm

This boot-camp inspired kids class is designed to get you moving and having a blast! Join Powerhouse Gym certified Trainer Billy as you work out and have fun! Cost is $50 residents and $62 for non-residents for five weekly 45 minute sessions.

Learn to Skate

Starting January 6th or March 3rd

Sundays at 4:05pm or Mondays at 6:25 pm at Fraser Hockeyland

4-week trial session, with option to purchase the remainder 3 weeks of the 7 week program

This intro to skate for ages 3 and up to adult will teach the basics of skating and includes a 25-minute lesson and a 25-minute practice. All age groups will be sharing the ice but will have different instructors. Skates and helmets available, however we recommend skaters bring their own bike or skating helmet. Cost is $55 with an option to sign up for another 4 weeks for $55. Registration Deadline is 1 week before program start.


Learn to Play hockey with Chad LaRose

Starting January 8th, February 12th, March 12th

Tuesdays at 5:55 pm at Fraser Hockeyland

This 5-week program is for ages 4-14 and will teach and develop hockey skills including shooting, passing, stick handling and skating.  Skates, helmet, stick and padding is available, but we recommend you bring your own helmet with face guard. Cost is $40, Registration deadline is 1 week before program start.

Coding for Kids

Starting January 18th Fridays at 4:30

At Fraser City Hall

Kids from 1st – 5th grade will get 8 weeks of hands-on experience with Block Coding, a type of coding that doesn’t require previous knowledge in computer coding. Students will use learn these concepts through work on computers and robots. Class size is limited to 20 students, all materials included for use during the program. Cost is $100 for 8 weeks. Registration Deadline is 1 week prior to start date.


Intro to Android App Development

Starting January 18th Fridays at 5:45

At Fraser City Hall

Middle School and High School students will gain a hands-on introduction to building an Android app, with Android Studio the same tool as professional developers use. Class size is limited to 20 

students, all materials included for use during the program. Cost is $125 for 8 weeks. Registration Deadline is 1 week prior to start date.

Bowling League

Saturdays at 10 AM, Starting January 26th 2019

Grades K-6 will enjoy 8 sessions of youth bowling at Fraser’s own Fraser Star Lanes! We will keep scores for individuals and team statistics, but the emphasis is on FUN! This program is parent coached. Program includes admission, shoe rental, ball usage, 2 games per day, T-shirt and end of season party. Cost is $60 Residents and $73 Non-Residents. Register by Friday, January 18th 2019.

Lego Wars

Saturday, February 16th At Location TBD

Grades K-2 at 1 pm

Grades 3-6 at 3 pm

Middle School and High School at 5 pm

Join us for an afternoon of Lego! Bring a masterpiece from home to enter in our “Masterpiece” contest, and participate in onsite speed and creative build contests! All contests are judged by grade level and refreshments will be served. Registration is required, register by 1 week prior to event. We are in need of donations of Legos and volunteers to help during the event! To volunteer go to . Cost is $5 per person for Residents, $8 per person for Non-Residents.

K-1, 2-3 grade Floor Hockey League

Thursdays beginning March 21st 2019

K-1 at 6 pm, 2-3 at 7 pm, 4-6 at 8 pm

At Fraser School Gym (TBD)

Get on the court and shoot some goals! Boys and girls grades K-6 of all abilities are invited to play. No experience necessary! 7 Sessions will be a mixture of practices and games. In the event of low participation numbers we will play drop-in style. Recreation shirt will be provided for registrations before March 2nd. Cost is $55 resident, $65 non-resident.
