  1. MPARKS Virtual 5K

    September 1 - September 29 @ Everywhere!

    September 1st – September 30th – Register today! Walk, run, bike, skate, swim your way to completing a virtual 5K! Log your distance and at the end of the month a participation medal will be sent to you. Sign up to collect donations to receive more prizes! Fraser Recreation receives 50% of participant fees and the donations!   2. Senior 55+ Pickleball

    September 2, 9:00 AM @ Fraser Activity Center Gym

    This fun program is co-ed drop-in and seniors from every community are welcome to play at the Activity Center. Drop-in fee: $1 members, $2 non-members. Starting Aug. 20th on the Third Tuesday of each month we will have open Pickleball in the gym from 6:30 – 8pm. If we get a good turnout we will create a Fall League.

  4. Beginners Tai Chi With Instructor John Marchowitz

    September 2, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM @ Fraser Activity Center in the gym

    Mondays, 5 week sessions starting August 26th & October 7th Beginners at 1pm, Intermediate at 2pm Find your Zen with this beginning Tai Chi Class with an option to use chair. Tai Chi exercises help to rejuvenate, heal, energize and de-stress; and help those with arthritis, joint pain, back pain and more. Cost for 5-week session is $26 for members, $32 for non-members. Drop in fee is $7.

    Yoga helps calm the mind, body, and spirit and also has many health benefits! Our 50+ up yoga class is taught by the talented Jasmin! From beginners to advance students, Jasmin’s experience with many different abilities allows her to modify these poses so everyone can do it! Cost for 7-week session is $65 Member, $75 Non-Member.
