Housing Complex Details
The City of Fraser has a senior housing complex located on 15 Mile Road, just west of Utica Road (34950 Hidden Pine). This three-story, 75-unit building offers one- and two-bedroom apartments for independent senior living. The complex is situated in close proximity to local stores and is just across the street from the Senior Activity Center. A low-cost van service is available through the center.
Amenities
Each apartment has a patio or balcony, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and stacked washer-dryer. Each unit has individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Tenants pay all utilities except water; housing is not subsidized. There is a community room equipped with a big screen television and tables for card playing, puzzles, and many other activities.

- One-bedroom unit floor plan - $580 per month
- Two-bedroom unit floor plan - $660 per month
- Car Port Parking is an additional $20 per month
